Mystic and wind fairies
The mystic fairies cause magic and imagination in little kids in the human realm and give a few powers.
The wind fairies cause natural diasters like hurricanes, volcano eruption, tsnami and many others. There is always war between the 2 clans, the mystic clan team up with dark and ice fairies while the wind fairies team up with water and sun fairies.
The human population reduced because during the war many dinosaurs died of the diasters and humans lived in rocks. The human population reduced until 10% left. The fairies stopped fighting and caller the Elder fairies and begged them to make life on earth. The elder fairies said"if we do this for you, you all will promise not to fight ever again or we reduce your life span fairies".
That is how man-kind lived through the stone age till the modern age of computers
